The Salento delle Murge project grew up from people.

People and values that become a group through a shared path.

We are small artisans, we create pottery following the tradition, we apply regenerative and biological techniques to crops, repopulating the world of bees, teaching the territory thanks to expert guides, we produce gastronomy, panettoni, pasta, bread, biscuits, taralli, almonds, table grapes, excellent wines and olive-oil; we open our farms and welcome guests in our family facilities.

We conceive tourism as something different from that deafening tourist activities made of great numbers; we turn to those who seek the authentic, those who want to tune in with nature, those who are curious about this surprising land, joyful and rich in music, traditions and stories just waiting to be told and listen.
